Southwestern Black Bean and Corn Salsa
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
cayenne pepper to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients. Refridgerate and serve with your favorite corn chips!
